AROMAS
Extremely intense and complex with the classic rancio aged oak characters very apparent. The nose wine is extremely intense and has raisined fruit,toffee, malt and hints of maple syrup.

TASTE
The palate explodes with flavours of Christmas cake, malt, toffee with hints of dark chocolate. The palate is deliciously luscious, however luscious it may be, it is also wonderfully elegant and refined.

Savour the craft by sipping it on its own, or pair with premium cheeses.

Made from the best parcels of blends which are considered elite in style and quality it is extremely intense and complex, with the classic rancio aged oak characters very apparent. The thirty years spent maturing, combined with six generations of fortified winemaking experience ensures that the wine is consistent in its quality and style every year. The wine is blended and matured ready for immediate enjoyment.
