A traditional Barossa Valley Shiraz that is silky and delicate and full of black spices. will last for five to seven years. Josh Pfeiffer and Nick Justice are the creators of Adventurous Souls. Nick had short stints at La Crema & Yangarra Estate before spending the last ten years at Paringa Estate on the Mornington Peninsula, while Josh, a fifth-generation Barossa grape grower, worked as a winemaker at Henschke, Two Hands, and his family's winery Whistler Wines before founding Barossa Wine Cartel.
